Our Products

New Life Laptops sells quality used and refurbished computers. All devices are:

• Inspected and tested before listing
• Described honestly, including any cosmetic wear or known limitations
• Sold as-is unless otherwise stated, consistent with the condition described in the listing

Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. If you have questions about a specific device before purchasing, please contact us — we’re happy to provide more detail.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within a reasonable business timeframe after payment is confirmed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off. For local pickup in Kenova, WV, please call or text (304) 360-2188 to arrange a time.

Returns, Warranty & Trade-Ins

14-Day Limited Warranty: All devices are backed by a 14-day limited warranty from the delivery date, covering hardware defects present at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, software issues, misuse, or cosmetic issues disclosed in the listing. Resolution options include repair, replacement, or store credit.

14-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the device must be returned in the same condition it was received. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Once received, our team will inspect the unit to verify condition. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on inspection results. Devices returned in a materially different condition may result in an adjusted or denied refund. Contact us before shipping any return to receive authorization.

Trade-In Program: New Life Laptops accepts device trade-ins for cash credit toward purchases. Trade-in value is determined by the type, brand, model, generation, condition, and current market demand of the device. All values are estimates until physical inspection. Trade-in credit is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated. Customers are responsible for wiping all personal data prior to trade-in.

Limitation of Liability

New Life Laptops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We make no warranty, express or implied, beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy.
